Message from SBWC Board

As COVID-19 continues to affect the lives of those who are part of the Seven Bridge Writers’ Collaborative community, and as cases have begun to rise again during the state’s Phase 3 re-opening, Seven Bridge Writers’ Collaborative has decided that all of SBWC’s Autumn 2020 events will remain virtual. Nothing can fully replace the intimacy and benefits of the personal group meetings, workshops and classes that are central to our mission, but the health, well-being and safety of our community is vital.
So, critique and writing groups, workshops, classes. Saturday sessions, and open mics scheduled between September and November 2020 will be online and will require registration. Zoom links will be sent for each event to registered participants. Please continue to check the website for updates.
While we hope that sessions in 2021 will meet in person, if we believe at any time that the safety of the community is at risk – or when the Commonwealth mandates – we will revert to online programming. As we all follow state guidelines for safety by wearing masks and gloves and practicing social distancing, remember to stay in touch with friends, old and new, and to keep writing.
And above all, be safe.
